Information for Grade 12 Students

  • As our grade 12 students proceed through the final months of high school towards the June Graduation Ceremony, there are many deadlines to keep in mind. Please watch for email updates, listen to the announcements, and drop by the Guidance Office for the latest info.
  • We need students to have community service hours submitted and recorded so that we can begin processing information for graduation. All awards and certificates of recognition concerning the accumulation of community service hours will be calculated on May 15th. Students can still continue to submit hours after that point (in order to complete their graduation requirement of 40 hours) and we ask students to have those submitted on or before May 27th.
  • For those students who will not complete two or more online courses before graduation, they must have their parents or guardians complete the eLearning Opt Out form on the SCDSB website. Please have this form completed on or before May 27th. Here’s the link: https://www4.scdsb.on.ca/app/questionnaires/onlineLearningOptOut
