Volunteers are an important part of what makes our school a great place to learn and grow. We value and appreciate the support of our volunteers. Volunteers have various roles at our school, including:
- School council members and participants
- Classroom helpers
- Mentors and presenters
In order to be a volunteer at our school, you must complete a criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening. Please come visit us in the office if you’re interested in volunteering and would like to know more about the opportunities available. After meeting with you, we will provide you with the form to bring to the police department to complete your criminal record check.
Current volunteers must submit an Annual Offence Declaration for Volunteers prior to December 22, 2017. Current volunteers who anticipate providing transportation to students for school events must also submit a Volunteer Transportation form. You can print both forms by clicking on them below. Once they are completed, please bring them in to our office at your earliest convenience.
**Note - Current volunteers who do not submit an Annual Offence Declaration for Volunteers on or before December 31, 2017, will be deleted from the database on January 1, 2018, and will have to submit a new Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Screen.
